Ethical guidelines

We will always behave in accordance with good business ethics, maintain traceability in all administrative procedures and procurement, and ensure equal treatment of suppliers.

We set the following requirements for procurement of goods and services:

  • all procurement must be based as far as possible on competitive tendering
  • the whole procurement process must be predictable and transparent
  • qualified bidders must be selected on the basis of objective and non-discriminatory criteria
  • contracts will be awarded after an overall financial assessment of bids and in accordance with specified criteria.

All our purchasing is based on our general procurement terms. We encourage, and will contribute positively to, the development of new suppliers who can ensure increased competition and improve quality in the supplier market.

We also set strict requirements for quality, ethics and HSE both internally and at our suppliers.
